Production method

  1. Cut the oranges into thin slices and put them in a milk pot. Add 20g of fine granulated sugar and 10g of rum. Turn on low heat and cook until the orange slices are soft. Then take them out and let them cool. Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture and set them aside.
  2. After the butter softens, add 40g of egg liquid and 20g of white granulated sugar and beat until it dissolves. The butter turns white..
  3. Sift in the low-gluten flour, baking powder and milk powder, and mix well to form a dough
  4. Divide the dough into small balls of 30g each, press them into cakes, and place the cooked orange slices on top.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with both top and bottom heat. Put the biscuits in and bake for 20 minutes. Take them out and let them cool down after baking.

The oranges should be cut thinner. When cooking oranges, adding rum can make the orange flavor more rich and fragrant.
